Returns Policy

We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products (apart from Customised Items, see below) in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, come with a 14 day money back guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour. We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund  less our postage costs including where an order has attracted free delivery, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Returns Form included with your order.

Please note that postage costs are not refundable and our responsibility is only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

Customised Returns

We are unable to exchange or refund customised items, unless received faulty. Any further postage costs incurred returning the items to us is to be met by yourself. We aim to deal with all returns within 10 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any items that have been personalised with club badges, names, numbers or initials and for cricket bats if they have had the knocking in service and or anti-scuff / edge tape options applied. Please ensure you have selected the right size when ordering teamwear and equipment that falls under this category.

Faulty goods

Should you feel that you have received faulty goods then in the first instance please make contact with us either by phone to 0113 203 3679 option 1 or email to to advise us of the situation. We will once again refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection of the item if we find a manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t an All Rounder manufactured item. Please note if we ask for a product(s) to be returned to us for inspection, repair or replacement then this cost must be covered by yourself.

Completion of the returns form does not guarantee qualification for return. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear.   This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning goods please include the following:

• A copy of your original receipt or

• The order number

• The original packaging

• Your delivery address, telephone number and email address

• A brief note outlining why the items are being returned
