All Rounder Under New Ownership

All Rounder Cricket has been one of the UK's best cricket retailers for well over a decade now but maintaining the standards that our customers expect hasn't been easy.

Service levels suffered and the business did too and the company went into administration at the end of January and we have been bought out by new owners. Unfortunately this meant that many people were let down, and while we, as the new owners, had nothing to do with that, we apologise profusely for the unacceptable levels of customer care.

Things are already moving in the right direction - lots of stock arriving, lots of orders coming in - and importantly, leaving us quickly and accurately. So we've already made huge improvments over the last few weeks.

The new owners, with lots of experience in the cricket market, are determined to get service levels back to where you expect them to be and we hope you give us a chance to see that a lot has changed and all of it for the better.
