My club has a shop with you, how do I place an order?

Placing an order of your teamwear couldn’t be simpler. Click here and you then locate your club through the alphabetical search. In here you can select all the garments you would like to order and add any personalisation you would like our team to add for you.

You will receive confirmation of your order and that will be placed into our embellishment production queue the following business day.

Great, please use the enquiry section on our teamwear page (insert link), complete the information and our team will contact you to gather your requirements and if you would like to go ahead, we will work with you to set up the store.

My club needs coloured kit this season, is this something you can supply?

Yes, we can supply ‘stock’ or bespoke Adidas coloured kit as well as fully sublimated kit designed exactly to your specification. Please email teamwear@allroundercricket.com for further information.

Stock Availability

Stock availability details are linked to our stock management system, so you get an accurate and up to date picture of what’s available at the time of your purchase. In the unlikely event of a product or specific size being out of stock it will automatically be removed from the options until stock is replenished.

Method of embellishment

All badges are embroidered onto your garments by our specialist in-house embroidery team.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If it’s a product we have in stock and doesn’t require customisation or personalisation, we aim to despatch the next working day after the order was received.

For customised/personalised items our lead time is 10-14 working days from the date the order was received. We do advise that this lead time can increase during peak sales periods of March – June for Cricket teamwear orders.

We’ll let you know when we’ve sent your kit to you and give you the tracking details for the delivery. Delivery will be on a next working day service following completion of your order.

 

I’ve received my delivery, but it isn’t what I ordered?

If you haven’t received what you ordered, then please contact us at teamwear@allroundercricket.com or call us on 0113 2033 679 and we’ll look into it straight away and help resolve the problem. 

Do you send sample packs or offer kit fitting sessions for clubs?

We know how important it is to have your team feeling comfortable and smart when purchasing their teamwear.

With our Kit Event, ‘we bring the range to you’. One of our team will bring the full teamwear and playing clothing range of all sizes so your members can try on the kit, ask any questions and purchase on the night.

This works really well for our clubs who can run this alongside events like signing on nights or other club fundraisers.

Free Shirts Offer (January 2021)

  • Offer is for 11 free Adidas Pro Shirts when your club signs up to a teamwear store with All Rounder Cricket and promotes the store to players and members via its website and social media channels
  • All Rounder must be your exclusive supplier for teamwear for the period up to 31st December 2021
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts
  • Shirts include 1 embroidered badge and one club sponsor. Any additional embellishment will be chargeable at the rates in our brochure

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of goods that have been worn or used. The same applies for customised and/or personalised items, if it’s got your Club logo or name on it, we can’t take it back. However, if you find that your purchase is faulty, we are happy to accept returns. Simply follow the process described in our Delivery & Returns section and we will process your return as quickly as possible.

Donations and Sponsorship Policy

Throughout the year we receive numerous requests for donations and sponsorship opportunities for clubs who we supply to. The cost of honouring all such requests would be impossible for our business, and, because we do not want to discriminate by honouring some and not others, it is company policy to refrain from supporting such requests.

If you have submitted a written request for donations or sponsorship then please note that, again due to the number of requests that we receive, we are unable to reply to these requests.
