HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

At All Rounder, it's our aim to make shopping with us as easy, convenient and as enjoyable as possible.

ORDERING ONLINE

Shop safely and securely on our online store.

  • Simply click the item you'd like to buy
  • Select your size and click Add to basket.
  • When you're ready to complete your order, click Checkout.
  • You will then be taken to our secure checkout where you'll be asked to fill in your address, delivery and payment details.
  • After you've submitted your order, we'll confirm it by email.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF POINT FOR SAME DAY DISPATCH?

To make sure that we can dispatch your parcel the same day, please place your order before 15:00. Assuming the payment clears in time we will ship via our secured courier. Last collection is at 16:00.

CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO AN ORDER?

We'll re-input any changes to your order provided it hasn't already been dispatched. If you'd like to make a change to your order, we recommend that you give us a call (rather than emailing) as soon as possible after placing your order.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

If you place your order online (but not over the phone) we'll send an email confirmation. It's important that you check all the details carefully to make sure everything on your order is correct.

I'M TRYING TO ORDER ONLINE, BUT MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ISN'T BEING ACCEPTED.

This could be one of the following:

 

• Card details entered incorrectly

 

• The Payment Processor we use has had issues contacting your Bank

 

• The Verified by Visa or MasterCard Securecode System has denied the order due to you entering the wrong details

 

• There is not enough money in your chosen payment account We first of all ask you to carefully check your payment details. If you are sure they are definitely right then please re try the checkout process. If you are still having problems next it is best to get in touch with your bank to see whether they are having any issues at their side.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you'd like to cancel it's best to give us a call as soon as you can after placing your order and we'll try our best to cancel it before it's dispatched. If we've already dispatched your item, you'll need to follow our returns procedure.

Cancelling before dispatch

To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us by phone as soon as you can after placing your order, and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's dispatched.

Cancelling after dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you'll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns procedure.
