Should you feel that you have received faulty goods then in the first instance please contact us via email to info@allroundercricket.com to advise us of the situation. When emailing please include:

• Your order number.
• Description of the fault.
• Photos or video of the fault.

Most manufacturers will offer a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase on their products. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t an All Rounder manufactured item. Any decision on these matters is made at their discretion and is final.

Please note if we ask for a product(s) to be returned to us for inspection, repair or replacement then this cost must be covered by yourself.

This policy does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions from this policy

PLEASE NOTE - we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalised items including Teamwear, Personalised Replica Shirts, Personalised Helmets and Cricket Bats which have utilised the Knocking in Service including bats that have had facing and edging applied to them. Any orders that include any of these items cannot be cancelled after the order has been received by us and will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Exchanging an item Policy and Process

Before considering returning an item for an exchange, please ensure it meets our refund criteria:

• Product(s) have been received within the past 30 days.
• Still in original packaging.
• Still has tags attached.
• Not a personalised item (Teamwear, Personalised Helmet, Personalised Replica Shirt, Knocked in or faced Bat)

We offer an exchange of all goods purchased through All Rounder Cricket / Hockey (except those items deemed personalised as above), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging, with any tags attached and have not been used, within 30 days of delivery.

Any costs incurred to return items of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer, along with any responsibility for any items lost in transit when being returned. We would recommend a recorded delivery service to avoid these instances.

Please ensure that when posting your items back to us that you include:

• Your order number or copy of your order form.
• Name and Postal Address.
• A note confirming the items you are returning and the reason they are being returned.
• Confirmation of the item you wish to exchange the item for including size.

A payment of £5.99 will be taken for postage when sending back the exchanged item to the customer.

Please note that should items be received by us not in original packaging, without tags, signs of use or wear and tear, they will be returned to you in the condition we have received them. Items will be held until a further postage fee of £5.99 is paid in order to return the product to you.

If the item is not returned within 30 days we cannot offer an exchange. Items returned after 30 days will be resent back to the customer. Please note that the postage costs to send the item back out will be the customers responsibility. Items will be held until a further postage fee of £5.99 is paid.

• Not a personalised item (Teamwear, Personalised Helmet, Personalised Replica Shirt, Knocked-in or faced bat)

We offer a refund of all goods purchased through All Rounder Cricket / Hockey (except those items deemed personalised as above), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging, with any tags attached and have not been used, you must notify us of your intent to cancel and return the items within 14 days of receiving them.

You then have 14 days to return your items after notifying us of your intent to cancel. Items returned after the 14 days are eligible for an exchange or store credit if returned within 30 days.

Where an order has attracted free delivery upon purchase, we will always deduct our postage costs of £5.99 from any refunds of nonfaulty and or unwanted items. Additionally, any costs incurred to return items of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer, along with any responsibility for any items lost in transit when being returned. When an order includes a free gift as part of a promotion, you must return the free gift with your original item, or the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
