Sale Clothing Disclaimer:
When purchasing Sale Clothing from us we reserve the right to dispatch an alternative design of product to the one shown in the image online. The colour/size/manufacture and type of garment will remain the same the only change may be the specific range and design of product.
All Rounder Cricket will not offer reductions or refunds on the any products purchased that are subsequently reduced in price in a promotion.
Via any payment method we cannot accept returns on any personalised items including Teamwear and Cricket Bats. This includes those cricket bats that have utilised the Knocking In Service for example.
It is the customer's responsibility to all import and custom charges for reciept of delivery of any orders to a destination country.
Discount/Coupon Code Disclaimer:
Discount/coupon codes must be applied at the checkout. If the code is not entered we cannot honour said discount in retrospect of an order being placed. It is the responsbility of the person purchasing the goods to ensure that any code is entered into the relevant field ahead of completing the transaction.
Only one discount/coupon code may be used per transaction.
Discount/coupon codes cannot be redeemed against Teamwear orders, unless otherwise stated.
Teamwear Terms & Conditions:
No offers can be used in conjunction with another. If required we will ask for additional payment to make up any website error.
No teamwear items can be cancelled after purchase. This includes any item personalised with a club badge.
No personalised items can be returned once the tags are removed or the garment worn, this is regardless of the garment's quality or accuracy of size/decoration. Please ensure all garments are correct before use otherwise they are non returnable or refundable.
All initials will be embroidered as per your online order. This includes the use of capital or lower case letters. Please take special care when ordering intiials that they are correct before ordering.
We reserve the right to substitute similar garments to the garment ordered if the original garment is out of stock. Images on any presentation or website are for illustrative purposes only and actual garment may differ from the visual. All substituted garments will be from Adidas and we will substitute from the current range. This is to fulfil outstanding orders.
All hoodies purchased from junior stores differ to those purchased from senior stores. Junior hoodies are supplied as a different model without the stripes.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all embellishments are placed in the same place on each garment it is a manual process and we work towards a 2inch tolerance level with our embroiderers. If you believe that your garment's embellishments are outside of the 2inch threshold please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Free Shipping does not apply on teamwear orders.
All Rounder Cricket Ltd accepts no liability for any slogans, sponsors or content embroidered or printed on any garment. This is the responsibility of the hockey club and the purchaser who has the opportunity to see this before they purchase. All Rounder Cricket Ltd in no way endorses or supports any embroidered or printed badge that may be abusive to another customer, supports alcohol or tobacco companies or may cause offence to any race, gender or religion. This is solely the liability of the Cricket, Football or sports Club or the purchaser, All Rounder Cricket Ltd merely decorates the garment as instructed.
Upon requesting removal of a teamwear club store from the All Rounder Cricket website, please allow 30-35 working days for this to take effect. It is the responsibility of the cricket club to communicate this to members. Any subsequent orders placed within the 30-35 working days after requesting removal of a teamwear store will be subject to the standard teamwear terms and conditions that surround bespoke goods. All Rounder Cricket will not accept any liability for non-communication of the store removal to club members.
Please note that when purchasing junior playing shirts and sweaters, we recommend that you choose one size bigger than you would normally. This is only a recommendation and as sizing is personal to each individual we advise that for full sizing details to refer to our Teamwear Size Guide or email our team via email@example.com for further advice or information. Due to the bespoke nature of club playing wear and teamwear we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on these items. Please ensure you are happy with the size you are ordering as you cannot make changes to your order once it is placed.
Kit fitting sessions are available to all clubs looking to hold an event at their club for individuals to try on kit samples before purchase. Facilities for cash and card payments will be provided for individuals wishing to purchase kit at the fitting session. Cheques are not accepted. All kit fitting sessions are subject to a £100.00 deposit payable to All Rounder by the club/individual requesting the session. The deposit is refundable providing that teamwear sales at the session reach or exceed the amount of £1000.00. If teamwear sales at the session do not reach the required threshold the deposit will be retained by All Rounder to cover travel costs incurred to and from the session. All orders placed at the kit fitting session are subject to the standard teamwear lead time (please note that lead times may vary in busy periods).
Teamwear Delivery Information:
We aim to have all teamwear orders dispatched within 14-18 working days.
If certain items are not in stock with All Rounder you will be notified in your confirmation email and advised whether to expect a delay or not.
Orders during busier periods can result in teamwear orders can take up to 35 working days due to high levels of demand.

Bowling Machines do not attract free delivery. The delivery charge for bowling machines is £9.99 to Mainland UK addresses.
Adding anti-scuff and edging tape to a cricket bat will increase the weight from the advertised weight.
At All Rounder Cricket we try our hardest to offer the best service possible, and understand that while ordering cricket equipment over the internet can sometimes be a little difficult to judge sizes and colours, we try to offer a returns policy that takes this into consideration.
Any custom made cricket bat purchased from All Rounder Cricket is non returnable unless it is damaged.
As a result of this we offer either an exchange (upon receipt of additional postage) or a refund of all goods purchased through All Rounder Cricket / Hockey (except cricket bats that have been knocked in or personalised with edging tape or a face fitted), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and have not been used, within 14 days of delivery and that we have received written notification that a return is required.
We will always deduct our postage costs (including where an order has attracted free delivery) from any refunds relating to exchanges or refunds of none faulty and or unwanted items and are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charges incurred by yourself on any such returns. You may also incur additional charges for any items which are exchanged.
Any refund relating to orders no longer required will be subject to a £5.99 deduction for our initial postage costs.
Teamwear Items should not be washed with fabric conditioner, softener and at a temperature of no more than 30 degrees to ensure no fading or damage to sponsor logos. If we deem this has been the case we shall not be liable for any kind of refund or exchange where sponsors peel from the shirt.
Items that are personalised or re-personalised by us for the customer cannot be guaranteed when the garments provided to us have already been worn or washed.
For postal items please ensure you complete and return the enclosed returns form with your item(s) and return them to us (recorded delivery is advisable as proof of postage).
Any goods shipped out of the UK are not covered by our standard returns terms and conditions, for futher information on our overseas return terms and conditions please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any items that are returned to us for us to 'make good' should be done so in mint condition, unworn, unspoiled, with no odours and with the original tags intact and still attached. Any items returned to us not in this condition will be returned to the customer in the state we receive them. In this case we will not refund any postage costs and reserve the right to collect further postage costs to send the goods back out to the customer. No additional work or 'making good' will be carried out on any goods regardless of faults if the goods arent returned to us in the above desribed condition.
We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new products, deals, newsletters and competitions, however you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from these emails.
All Rounder reserves the right to adjust teamwear and equipment prices at it's own discretion depending on suppliers' fluctuating prices. This may be up or down at any stage throughout the year.
Prize winners will be chosen at random, unless specified otherwise in the Competition Notice, from all qualifying entries across our stores, social media sources and our websites. The prize winner could come from any one of these. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded. Competition winner(s)’ names may be published by All Rounder Cricket on it's websites or social media sources. By entering our competition you agree to having your name published.
Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. All Rounder Cricket reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. In the event that a junior or an individual with a need for smaller sized items wins one of our competitions All Rounder Cricket reserves the right to provide junior equipment or clothing without giving any cash alternative for the difference in value.
Prizes are awarded at the discretion of All Rounder Cricket and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
Where a prize may not be appropriate for a younger contestant or is only open to junior categories, the minimum or maximum age for entry will be stated in the Competition Notice and must be observed. All Rounder Cricket reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
All Rounder Cricket Tap Up Challenge Terms and Conditions
Who can enter:
Competition available Globally, no age restrictions, however if the winner is under 18 years of age they must be accompanied by an Adult. Competition excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw..

There will be three prizes consisting of:
a) All expenses paid trip to The Ashes in Australia - 3rd Jan 2018 to 21st April 2018
This element of the prize consists of a five (5) night trip for the winner and one companion to Sydney, Australia to watch The Ashes. The prize consists of the following:
- A five (5) night stay in a minimum 4 star hotel, bed and breakfast
- Return economy class flights for the winner and their companion. Flight must be direct and from a major city. i.e. if the winner is from the UK the flight must be from Heathrow or Manchester airport
- · Hotel accommodation - 1 room either double or twin in a minimum 4 star hotel. Includes breakfast
- Spartan Hospitality at The Ashes 2018 in Sydney
b) £1000 worth of Spartan Equipment
- Equipment cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives
c) A Paceman Bowling machine worth £300
- Exact Bowling machine to be confirmed at time of winning but will be to the value of £300
Prize provider: All Rounder Cricket and Spartan
The prize provider will contact the winner within 7 days of winner notification. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Australia including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over.
The prize excludes ground transfers, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, local and long distance telephone calls, service charges and taxes.
All Rounder reserve the right to change or withdraw this competition at any time. All Rounder will select all winners and their decision will be full and final

- All Rounder reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
