At All Rounder we try our hardest to offer the best service possible, and understand that while ordering over the internet can sometimes be a little difficult to judge sizes and colours, we try to offer a returns policy that takes this into consideration.
As a result of this we offer either an exchange or a total refund of all goods purchased through All Rounder Cricket Equipment, providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and have not been used, within 14 days of purchase.
For postal items please ensure you complete and return the enclosed returns form with your item(s) and return them to us (recorded delivery is advisable as proof of postage).
We are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charge for any additional postage cost on exchange items.
All Rounder will refund and take full responsibility for any items that have been incorrectly despatched or are found to be faulty at the time of delivery.
If the goods ordered have been "customised" (for example team kit with team badges) or are special orders (for example goods that are made to order) then All Rounder Teamwear Ltd reserves the right to charge you for recovery of the goods in the event of a cancellation.
Refunds
Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available on customised orders unless the products are defective. If you believe your products are defective you must contact All Rounder Teamwear Ltd immediately. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or washed.
Specification of Goods
All goods are subject to availability. We can cancel a supply agreement, or offer alternative items, if goods ordered are out of stock or no longer available.
All description and other details provided in relation to goods are subject to confirmation by us and may be changed without notice. All sizes are approximate "to fit" sizes and are given as a general guidance only. If in any doubt, please contact us on 0113 2033 676 for sizing advice. Please note that due to changes in manufacturers specifcations from time to time designs, colours and colour trims may vary slightly from those displayed online.
We will rely upon your orders being correct in entering a supply agreement and reserve the right to refuse to take back goods which are ordered in error or unused.
Bespoke goods are non-returnable (included decorated garments).
